Thank you for shopping with Tech Mine Pvt. Ltd. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in our store.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of order status marked as Completed in store
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Order number is required for all returns

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Hygiene or personal-care products (if applicable)

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to My Account → Orders
  2. Select the order and contact us via the order notes or email
  3. Provide reason for return and supporting photos if required

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Upload clear photos/videos for verification
  • After review, we will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund, or
    • Store credit

These cases are marked as Refunded or Completed (Replacement) in store.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed through store → Order → Refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (bank-dependent)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Late returns beyond the eligible period

The refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly in store.


6. Exchanges

Store does not process direct exchanges automatically.
For exchanges:

  • Return the item following the return process
  • Place a new order for the replacement item
  • We may issue store credit if applicable

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only while status is Pending Payment or Processing
  • Orders marked as Shipped or Completed cannot be canceled

Refunds for canceled orders will follow the standard refund process.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit, bank transfer, or wallet credit
  • COD service charges (if any) are non-refundable

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider
  2. Verify order status is Refunded in store account
  3. Contact us for assistance
