Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it i.e. unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Peripherals & Accessories, Pen drive & Memory cards etc.
You have to inform us before returning the item. Returning of products without informing us will not be accepted. After the return is accepted we will provide you proper instruction for the returning procedure.
NOTE: You have to pay for the delivery charge.

Refund Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item/products. Once your product gets approved for a refund, we will send you a “Refund Request Form” in your provided email address during purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
